Wilson, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Tennis Team (4-8) suffered a 7-2 setback to Barton (6-6) Sunday afternoon at the Barton Tennis Complex.

Despite the loss, the Bears did pick up victories at fourth singles – freshman Alex Crespo Sanchez (Valencia, SPAIN) – and first doubles:  senior Patrick Bauer (Helmstedt, GERMANY) and freshman Shane O'Dea (Dublin, IRELAND).

Lenoir-Rhyne takes on Carson-Newman in Jefferson City, Tenn., in a South Atlantic Conference match on Sunday afternoon, March 13, at 1:00 p.m.

Barton remains at home to face Bluefield State on Monday afternoon at 1:00 p.m.
