Hickory, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Tennis Team (5-13, 2-9) celebrated Senior Day in style with a 9-0 shutout victory over Brevard (1-18, 0-10) Saturday afternoon in a South Atlantic Conference match at Hickory High School.

The Bears also snapped a 10-match losing streak in the process while seniors Patrick Bauer (Helmstedt, GERMANY), Jordan Lawson (Mount Airy, N.C.) and Matthew Ledford (Lincolnton, N.C.) all won in singles and doubles play in the victory.

Lenoir-Rhyne faces Charlotte in Charlotte, N.C., on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m., to wrap up the regular season.  Brevard hosts Coker in its final match of the year on Sunday beginning at 2:00 p.m.
