Hartsville, S.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Volleyball Team (7-7, 4-5) suffered its fifth straight loss with a 3-1 defeat to Coker (9-9, 4-5) Saturday afternoon in a South Atlantic Conference match at the DeLoach Center. The Cobras defeated the Bears by scores of 25-18, 19-25, 27-25 and 25-19.

• Lenoir-Rhyne senior outside hitter
Brooke Redmond (Statesville, N.C.) and freshman outside hitter
Taylor Prall (Tipp City, Ohio) both totaled a team-high 12 kills in the setback. The duo also finished in double figures – Redmond with 14 and Prall with 17 – for the double-double.
• Four players had 10 or more kills for the Cobras including Taylor du Bray (Highlands Ranch, Ohio) with a match-high 16 kills. Christen Bragg (Rock Hill, S.C.) finished with 49 assists as well for the Cobras.
• Lenoir-Rhyne continues its exceptional play in blocking. The league leaders added to their total with 16 on the afternoon.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
• Lenoir-Rhyne suffered its fifth straight setback and fell back to .500 on the year.
