Young Harris, Ga. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Lacrosse Team (7-1), ranked No. 11 in NCAA Division II, pushed its winning streak to seven games with a 14-9 triumph over Young Harris (5-6) Tuesday afternoon on the road.

Mike Hanlon (Haymarket, Va.) and freshman midfielder
Eric Dickinson (Charlotte, N.C.) both scored three goals while Hanlon became the program's all-time leading scorer with 171 points. Hanlon and Dickinson rank first and second in conference play in points scored with 44 and 43, respectively.
Young Harris was led by Bruce Silk (Johns Creek, Ga.) with three goals but the Mountain Lions saw their three-game winning streak come to an end.
The Bears held a 6-5 advantage early in the second half before rattling off six straight goals to take control. Lenoir-Rhyne is also 18-1 in its last 19 games.

Ben Corrigan (Alpharetta, Ga.) and
Collier Stone (Marietta, Ga.) both added a pair of goals and an assist while junior goalkeeper
Ryan Crompton (Frederick, Md.) notched the victory after stopping 16 shots on the afternoon.
For Young Harris, Sean Dever (Marietta, Ga.) suffered the loss despite making nine saves.
Lenoir-Rhyne returns to South Atlantic Conference play this Sunday against Mars Hill in Mars Hill, N.C., beginning at 2:00 p.m. Young Harris visits Saint Leo (Fla.) on Sunday beginning at Noon.
