Misenheimer, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Lacrosse Team (3-2) picked up a 12-7 road victory over Pfeiffer (4-2) Wednesday evening at N.E. Lekfo Field.

Torrey Schwitkis (San Diego, Calif.) and junior attacker
Brooke Ouderkirk (Syracuse, N.Y.) totaled three goals each to lead the Bears to the victory. Schwitkis added two assists and leads the Bears with 13 points this year.
Pfeiffer was led by Ally Unkenholz (Ellicott City, MD) with three goals in the setback.
The Falcons held a 3-2 advantage with less than 12 minutes remaining in the first half before the Bears reeled off four straight goals to take the lead for good.
Lenoir-Rhyne held a 22-14 edge in shots taken while junior All-American
Ines Flueck (Coppell, Texas) earned the win in goal. Pfeiffer's goalkeeper, Emily James (Marietta, Ga.), suffered the loss despite making five saves on the evening.
Lenoir-Rhyne returns to South Atlantic Conference action on Saturday when the Bears travel to Wingate, N.C., to take on Wingate beginning at Noon. Pfeiffer hosts Converse Saturday at Noon.
