Angelica Arroyo led the Lenoir-Rhyne Volleyball Team to its third straight win and a season sweep of Catawba with a 16-kill performance on Friday night. Arroyo hit .387 for the match and added 11 digs for the double-double.

STATS OF THE MATCH:
• Arroyo fell just two kills shy of her season high despite the match only going three sets. The San Juan native has recorded double-digit kill totals in 10 of her last 12 matches and has three straight double-doubles.
• The Bears hit .255 as a team and held Catawba to .103, including -.027 in the final set.

Madison Asher continues to be a force in the middle as the sophomore finished with a game-high seven blocks. Asher, who added eight kills, is fourth in the league with 72 total blocks on the season.
• The freshman duo of
Helen Hamilton (30 assists) and
Ashley Hawkins (17 digs) played a big part in tonight's victory and sophomore
Taylor Prall added six kills.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
• The Bears moved to fourth place in the congested SAC standings after handing Catawba its fifth straight loss.
• This is the 10th sweep of the season for the Bears.
