STATS OF THE MATCH:
• The Bears were led sophomore
Taylor Prall who recorded 14 kills, the most for Prall in a match since recording 17 against Francis Marion on Sept. 8.
Angelica Arroyo added eight kills while
Madison Asher and
Hannah Houston each tallied five.
• Defensively, Hamilton and
Ashley Hawkins had 11 digs and Arroyo added 10. Arroyo and
Braelyn Faust each had two blocks.
• Toni-Anne Whitlow led the hosts with 11 kills and Lacie Wood had eight kills and a .467 hitting percentage.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
• This was a rematch of a September 4 contest that saw the Bears come away with a 3-0 victory.
• In the ultra-competitive SAC, the loss dropped LR from fourth place to sixth place in the league standings.
