Anderson, S.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Tennis Team (10-3, 1-1) saw its seven-match winning streak come to an end with a 7-2 setback to Anderson (7-4, 1-1) Saturday afternoon in South Atlantic Conference action at the Trojans Tennis Complex.
Lenoir-Rhyne did prevail at first and second singles courtesy of junior
Hamed Gandouz (Hammam Sousse, TUNISIA) and sophomore
Tales Miranda (Sao Paulo, BRAZIL), respectively.
Lenoir-Rhyne remains on the road to take on Wingate in Wingate, N.C., in a South Atlantic Conference match on Wednesday beginning at 2:00 p.m. Anderson hosts league-foe Queens Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
