Hickory, N.C. – The No. 3 Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Lacrosse Team (9-1, 3-0) set a new program record in goals scored in a surprising 24-8 rout of Queens (2-5, 0-2) in a South Atlantic Conference game Wednesday night at Moretz Stadium.

Joe Buduo (Shrewsbury, Mass.) broke his own school single-game record set just four days ago with eight goals – 10 points total – to lead the Bears to the win.

Ben Corrigan (Alpharetta, Ga.) added three goals and four assists as the Bears put the contest away by halftime, leading by a 14-3 score at intermission.
• Lenoir-Rhyne held the advantage in both shots taken (56-39) and ground balls (36-25) and senior goalkeeper
Ryan Crompton (Frederick, Md.) earned the win in goal. Crompton stopped 12 shots on the day.
• The Royals' Justin Swick (Easton, Pa.) finished with three goals but Anthony Valenza (Mount Airy, Md.) suffered the loss despite stopping 11 shots.
