Greenville, N.C..-  Women's Swimming went to East Carolina University on Saturday Afternoon to face a pair of Division 1 schools. The Quad-Meet included East Carolina and Campbell, a pair of Division 1 schools and Catawba, like LR a member of the Bluegrass Mountain Conference.  LR did come away with a victory over Catawba but fell to ECU and Campbell.

• Lisa Boenigen placed 7th in 200 Yard Butterfly (2:11.41)
• Lauren Rutherford placed 9th in 100 Yard Freestyle (56.81)

Beyond the Pool:

• Today was the first time the Bears have faced Campbell in the pool.
• Second straight year the Bears have completed in this East Carolina Invite. 
• Kimberly Scheiber had her best time so far this year in the 200 Yard Breaststroke by half a second. 

Up Next:  Will head to Spartanburg, N.C. next Saturday to complete in the Converse Invite against host Converse and St. Andrews.
