HARTSVILLE, S.C. – 12 different players scored a goal as the Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Lacrosse Team dominated Coker, winning by a final score of 18-6 on Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Bears clinch sole possession of second place in the South Atlantic Conference standings.

STATS OF THE GAME:

Rachel Elmore led the scoring charge for the Bears, scoring four times. Lenoir-Rhyne scored 10 of the first 12 goals in the contest and never looked back.

Cathleen Gaffney dished out a team-high three assists and
Michelle Tang and
Adriana Williams each recorded a pair of helpers. Half of LR's 18 goals on the afternoon were assisted.

Teanna Sieben made six saves to earn the win in goal.
• Lenoir-Rhyne dominated in shots, outshooting the hosts 41-19. The Bears grabbed 24 ground balls compared to 16 by Coker and LR finished with 15 draw controls.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:

Madison Prkna finished the game with three ground balls and a team-high three caused turnovers.

Kaley Harris had a season-high five draw controls.
• The 11 wins for Lenoir-Rhyne tie for the second-most wins in a single season in program history.

With the regular season concluded, the Bears turn their attention towards the South Atlantic Conference Tournament. The Bears earn a bye thanks to finishing second and will take on the winner of the No. 3 vs No. 6 Quarterfinal matchup. The semifinal will take place on Friday at Wingate with game time TBD.
