HARTSVILLE, S.C. --- The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Basketball Team dropped its second straight road contest this week, falling at Coker. The Bears scored the second-fewest points in a game all season and connected on just 37.9 percent from the field and shot 6-of-30 from the 3-point line.

Stats of the Game:
- The Bears jumped out to an early 9-2 advantage and led 27-19 before the Cobras stormed back. Coker eventually took a 37-35 lead into the halftime break.
- LR was ice cold in the final 20 minutes, especially from long range. LR hit just 3-of-19 from beyond the arc and shot 26.7 percent from the field in the final 20 minutes as Coker extended the lead and put the game away late. LR would score just 24 points in the second half.
- Chandler Lindsey exploded for 27 points for the hosts and added 11 rebounds for a double-double. Lindsey hit four threes and went 8-for-16 from the field. He added six assists.
- Malcolm Kennedy had 15 points for Coker as did Dakota Jennings who came off the bench.
- The Bears were led by the combination of R.J. Gunn and Darius Simmons. The duo combined for 37 of LR's 59 points in the game. Simmons went 7-for-10 from the free throw line and grabbed a career-high eight boards.
Beyond the Box Score:
- The Bears had won four straight over Coker heading into this one. The last loss to the Cobras came in Hartsville in November of 2017.
- LR buried 19 3-pointers in the first matchup with Coker, tying a program record. LR shot 55.9 percent from downtown in that matchup.
- The Bears are 6-7 on the road but 3-7 in league road games.
- The 20 percent mark from three ties for LR's lowest on the season. LR also hit 20 percent in a win over Anderson last Saturday.
- The Bears finish the regular season with three of the final four on John Lentz Court.
