Newberry, S.C.-- The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Soccer team dropped a road SAC game 2-1 to host Newberry on Saturday.
Diego Delgado scored the Bears lone goal on the afternoon.Â

- The Wolves got the game winner from Ethan Orozco off a free kick in the 88th minute to gave Newberry the 2-1 win.Â
- The Bears outshot the Wolves 17-8 on the afternoon with ten shots on goal but could only find the back of the net once.Â
- Wolves goal keeper Pablo Cubas made nine saves on the afternoon.Â

- Delgado's goal was his second career goal.
- Today's loss was the Bears first SAC Conference road loss since losing at Wingate 1-0 on October 19, 2019.
