Team/Individual Results 

Salisbury, N.C.- The Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Swimming team came away with a spilt at Catawba's Tri-Meet on Saturday. The Bears defeated Catawba 117-80 but lost to No. 2 Wingate 142-60 in the pool on Saturday.

LIsa Boernigen and Kimberly Scheiber won events on the afternoon. Boernigen won the 200 Free with a time of 1:56.59 then Scheiber won the 200 IM with a time of 2:13.58. Scheiber also took home a second-place finish in the 200 Breast with a 2:26.40. Boernigen also had a third-place finish in the 500 Free.

Elizabeth Bowman had two third-place finishes of her own with a 56.46 time in the 100 Free and an 11:20.05 time in the 100 Free. Emily Harness earned herself a third-place finish in the 50 Free.

The Bears will return to the pool next weekend in the Fall Frenzy hosted by Queens University.
