Charlotte, N.C.-- Lisa Boernigen got another NCAA Qualifying time on the final day of the 2021 Fall Frenzy. Boernigen swam a 2:05.07 in the 200 Fly to earn the qualifying time which was her fourth of the weekend. Boernigen improved her time almost three seconds from the morning prelims. In the AM session, Boernigen swam a 2:07.95 placing her in the consolation bracket for the final session. In that final session she won the heat to place 9th overall and earning the NCAA Qualifying time. 

Bears had two swimmers place in the 200 Breast as well on Sunday evening.  Kimberly Scheiber placed 10th with a time of 2:22.78 while Anna Harshaw finished 24th with a time of 2:32.64. 

LR finished in 8th place in the three day star-studden event featuring both D1 and D2 schools. LR finished with 364 points which was ahead of Bluegrass Mountain foe in Mars Hill and also Converse University.  

Bears will head to Tampa, Florida for a four day event hosted by the University of Tampa from December 17-20.
