Paradine and Men's Lacrosse Earn 100th Victory

HARTSVILLE, S.C. –   Head Coach Greg Paradine and the No. 4 Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Lacrosse Team recorded the 100th win in program history with a Tuesday night victory at Coker. Paradine, who has been at the helm for all 100 victories, owns a 100-58 all-time record with the Bears.

STATS OF THE GAME:
Myles Moffat led Lenoir-Rhyne with six goals scored which was the first 6-goal performance from an LR player since Joe Buduo did so against Alderson Broaddus on March 31, 2019
Toron Eccleston finished with four goals and an assist and Eric Dickinson netted three goals and a pair of assists to go with two ground balls
Mitchell Linklater had two goals and an assist and added three ground balls
Patrick Sullivan went 9-of-14 on face offs and had a team-high six ground balls
• For the second time this season, Victor Powell tied a program record with five caused turnovers and the freshman grabbed five ground balls
• LR held a dominant 59-38 advantage in shots in the game and a 44-24 lead in shots on goals
• The Bears went 20-of-24 on clears and went 2-for-7 on the man advantage

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
• This was the last regular season road game for LR who finishes 5-0 in the regular season away from home
• The Bears broke the mark for longest winning streak tonight with its 13th straight win. The previous mark of 12 was done twice, most recently in 2018
• This is the third straight game of 20+ goals for Lenoir-Rhyne and fifth of the season
• LR has also won 11 straight SAC contests
• Coker scored the games first goal, just the second time this year LR hasn't scored first
• Over their past 16 games, the Bears have gone 15-1

UP NEXT:  The Bears are back in action next Wednesday when they host No. 9 Wingate with the teams in first and second in the league standings.
