Hanna McClung layup 13 seconds into the fourth quarter gave LR its largest lead of the night at 60-44, then Queens went on a 24-12 run to cut the lead to four with 28 seconds left. However, the Bears scored the last six points of the night to hold off Queens 78-68 for its third win in the past four games.
Emily Harman recorded her fifth career double-double with 25 points and 10 rebounds.

FIRST HALF:
- The Bears opened up an eight point advantage after the first quarter despite only shooting 35% from the floor. LR did capitalize at the free throw line, hitting nine-of-10 attempts in the opening quarter.
- McClung and Maddie Dillinger combined for nine points in the second quarter to help the Bears keep the eight point advantage through twenty minutes.
- Bears defense held the Royals to 10-29 shooting from the floor in the half.
SECOND HALF:
- LR scored 16 of their 20 points from the paint in the third quarter as they grew their lead to double digits. Dillinger, Harman and Hudson all had double figures by the halfway mark of the third quarter.
- A McClung layup to start the 4th quarter gave the Bears their largest lead of the night at 60-44.
- The Royals then made their best run of the night outscoring the Bears 24-12 over the next nine minutes to cut the Bears lead to 72-68 with 28 seconds left.
- Harman then put the game away with four straight points and McClung iced it with two free throws as the Bears scored the last six points to come away with a 78-68 win.
ABOUT THE BEARS:
- Harman finished with 25 points and ten rebounds for her third double-double of the year.
- Dillinger just missed a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds.
- Hannah Stull added eleven points off the bench in 24 minutes of action.
- 78 points is a season-high for the Bears.
NOTABLE ROYALS:
- Kalaya Hall tied Harman with a game-high 25 points. Hall played all forty minutes for the Royals.
- Krirsty Hamze added 19 points including 9-10 from the line.
- Finley Lefevers, Malea Garrison, and Jori Wilks added six rebounds a piece to lead the Royals.
