GAFFNEY, S.C.- Playing without All-American
Myles Moffat, the No. 10 Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Lacrosse team was held to its second-lowest scoring output in program history in a loss at No. 8 Limestone on Saturday afternoon. The Bears had won three of the last four matchups with the Saints.

STATS OF THE GAME
- Limestone scored the first three goals of the game and held the Bears scoreless for the first 22 minutes of the game.
- LR finally broke through on a man-up goal from Tommy Aguilar with the assist going to Will Canata at the 7:51 mark of the second quarter.
- However, the Saints answered with a goal eight seconds later to regain a three-goal advantage
- The Saints would finish the half on a 3-0 scoring run to take a 6-1 lead into the break.
- After Limstone scored the first goal of the second half, Aguilar made it 7-2 with his second goal of the game.
- Will Canata would score with 7:11 left in the third quarter to make it 9-3 but the Bears wouldn't score again.
- The Saints tacked on four fourth quarter goals to run away with the conference win.
- Noah Johnson made 12 saves for the Bears and Joey Masson caused three turnovers.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- The Bears haven't been held below four goals since scoring two against Limestone in the first year of the program in a 17-2 loss on April 5, 2011.
- For the second time this season, LR was held without a goal for the first quarter.
- The Bears took 38 shots, just one less than Limestone but turned the ball over 25 times
- LR was held to just 1 for 8 on the man advantage.
