HARROGATE, TENN.-- The No. 4 Lenoir-Rhyne men's lacrosse team bounced back from their second loss of the season on Wednesday to dominate Lincoln Memorial on Saturday afternoon.
Riley Seay scored a career-high six goals as LR used an 8-goal first quarter to cruise past LMU. The Bears have now won 34 straight against unranked opponents.

STATS OF THE GAME
- Will Canata got the Bears on the board first just 54 seconds into the game. However, LMU would score back-to-back goals to take a 2-1 advantage.
- From that point on, it was all Lenoir-Rhyne. The Bears scored 15 unanswered goals to overpower the hosts.
- Seay ignited that scoring spurt at the 8:38 mark of the first quarter. LR would go on to score six more times in the next 7:25 to close out the first frame.
- It was more of the same in the second quarter. Myles Moffat scored consecutive goals to make it 10-2 and Donovan Powell netted LR's 11th goal.
- Seay closed out the first half scoring to make it 14-2 and Tommy Aguilar started the second half with a strike at the 11:24 mark of the third quarter.
- After another Seay goal, LMU finally stopped the bleeding with a goal at the 7:54 mark of the third quarter. The Railsplitters went 31:24 of game action between goals.
- Aaron Williams and Reese Remeika scored in the third quarter for LR before Seay closed the scoring on a man-up goal.
- LR held a 44-31 advantage in shots and took a 32-28 edge in ground balls. The Bears won 21 of 28 face offs.
- Toron Eccleston, Moffat and Aguilar each had two goals and an assist for LR.
- John Paulus went 14-of-17 on face offs and grabbed six ground balls. Matthew Mancini won five of his six face offs on the day.
- Making his first start of the season, Rob Pensabene made six saves to earn the victory. Nolan Hoffman played the fourth quarter and made five stops.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- The Bears are a perfect 8-0 all-time against Lincoln Memorial and have each of the past four in the series by at least 12 goals.
- LMU is the sixth opponent this season that LR held to six or less goals.
- The Bears are 3-0 on the road this season and 43-27 all-time in road games.
- LR improves to 62-8 all-time against SAC teams.
- This is the 100th all-time victory against an unranked opponent, including the aforementioned 34-straight wins.
- Seay's six goals tie Eccleston for the season high from an LR player this year. Eccleston totaled six against Florida Tech.
