HICKORY, NC - The Lenoir-Rhyne Volleyball Team returned home on Friday and put on a clinic, sweeping Limestone 3-0. The Saints were held to under 18 points in each set.
Kayli Cleaver had six of her game high nine kills in the third and final set. With the win, the Bears moves to 16-1 (7-1 SAC) and will remain tied at the top of the SAC's standings.

STATS OF THE MATCH:
- Bears controlled the net in the first set, tallying five blocks, led by three block assists from Averie Dale and Kayli Cleaver.
- LR scored 10 of the game's last 13 points to take the second set 25-17. Dale and Jenna Vogen had three kills in the set.
- Bears jumped out to a quick 14-4 lead en route to a 25-14 victory in the third set.
- Three Bears finished with double digit digs, led by 12 from Hadley Prince. Lyndsie Warren notched 11 and Vogen had 10.
- Eight Bears registered kills on the evening with Cleaver (9), Dale (7) and Vogen (7) leading the way.
- LR held the Saints to a -.008 hitting % on the evening as Limestone's best mark was .091 in the third set.
- The Bears hit .229 as a team, including an impressive .387 in the third set.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
- These two teams will see each other again in just 18 days in Gaffney, SC.
- The -.008 hitting % was the lowest for an opponent against the Bears all season.
- Bears have won 15 straight games against the Saints.
- Cleaver entered the day fourth in the SAC in kills per set (3.17),
