HICKORY, N.C.-- Down 18-12 in the second set and everything going Emory & Henry's way, the Bears went on a 11-0 run to take back momentum and win set two. They carried this momentum into the third set, sweeping Emory & Henry on Friday night inside the Shu.
Kayli Cleaver had a game high 10 kills as eight different Bears notched a kill on the evening. This win makes it five in a row for the Bears, moving them to 18-1 on the season and 9-1 in the SAC

- With the score tied at 12 in the first set, the Bears scored 13 of the game's last 16 to win 25-15.
- The Bears had seven aces in that opening set, led by a pair from Sydney Karjala and Jenna Vogen.
- Trailing 18-12 in the second set, the Bears went on a 11-0 run and scored 13 of the set's last 16 points to go up 2-0.
- Cleaver had five of her game high 10 kills in the second set.
- For the first time on the night Lenoir-Rhyne jumped out to an early lead in the third set, quickly going up 19-9.
- LR did not look back, closing out the set with a 25-14 victory.

- LR tied a season high with 11 aces on the night.
- Sydney Karjala led with 14 digs, followed closely by Lyndsie Warren (13) and Hadley Prince (13).
