Carlos Rubio and his resilient Bears squad never gave up, getting two goals in a 12-minute span to propel them to a big 2-1 victory.
This game doubled as senior day for the Bears, who honored their 17 graduates.

- The Bears are now 16-17-5 all-time vs. the Pioneers, winning the last four.
- Lenoir-Rhyne is 5-0-3 since their loss at Emory & Henry on September 24th.
UP NEXT: With the win the Bears have secured a home SAC quarterfinal game next weekend (date and time TBD). They close out the regular season on Wednesday at Catawba. The Catawba Indians are 5-6-3 (1-5-3 SAC) and fell 2-0 to Newberry earlier tonight.
