HICKORY, NC - The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Track & Field team won the Southside Power & Fitness Invite this past weekend, taking down second place Belmont Abbey by 30 points.

Isaac Riggs in an electric 3000 meter steeplechase. Setting a new personal best and hitting a DII provisional mark was
Oliver Thatcher in the decathlon, who went off for 6568 points. In the midst of an overall personal record, Thatcher also set a personal best of 49.90 in the 400 meters.
Senior
Harrison Hickman continues to shine in the 800 meters as he won the race with a photo-finish time of 1:53.97, which lowers his own school record. Lenoir-Rhyne took home titles in three field events, the Pole Vault (
Mike Karicher), Triple Jump (
Nikolas Cardillo), and shot put (
Josh Wise).
