GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Lenoir-Rhyne women's golf team competed at the SAC Championships yesterday and today, carding team scores of 315-317-317 to finish with a 949 (+85), seventh out of 11 teams.
Charlotte Colley won her second straight Elite 23 award, given to the individual with the highest cumulative GPA at a respective SAC Championship.
Winning the 54-hole portion of the tournament was #1 Wingate with an 885 (+21). The Bulldogs' Amely Bochaton took medalist honors as the only player in the field to finish under par (215, -1).

Eve Neild led the Bears by tying for 12th with a 228 (+12), getting better by one stroke each round. Just behind her was Elite 23 award winner
Charlotte Colley, clocking in rounds of 79-78-80 to finish with a 237 (+21).
Danielle Bekker (243, +27) and
Jaya Wilkinson (247, +31) rounded out the scoring for the Bears.
As a team Lenoir-Rhyne was tied for fifth in par-3 scoring, sixth in par-4 scoring, and seventh in par-5 scoring. They made 17 birdies and 147 pars. Neild was second in the field on par-3s, averaging 2.92 (-1) over the course of the tournament. She was also tied for second in pars with 37.
INDIVIDUAL SCORES
The top four teams, Wingate, Lincoln Memorial, Anderson, and Catawba, will compete in medal match play tomorrow for the SAC crown and automatic bid to NCAA Regionals.
