WILSON, N.C. - The Lenoir-Rhyne women's lacrosse team picked up their fourth straight victory on Tuesday, defeating Barton 16-11 on the road.
Highlighting the day was
Abbey Walker, who scored a career high six goals on eight shots.
Sally Friesen made four saves in net to pick up the win.

STORY OF THE GAME:
- Two early goals from Abbey Walker put the Bears up 5-3 after the first quarter.
- Barton scored two goals in the final two minutes of the first half and Lenoir-Rhyne held a 7-5 lead at the break.
- The Bulldogs cut the lead to 8-7 in the third before threes straight goals from Walker, Jessica Mikesell, and Addie Hale extended the lead.
- Walker scored three straight to open the fourth.
- Jillian Daley and Kirra Olson each picked up fourth quarter goals.

- Seven Bears scored with four having multi-goal games.
- Savannah Stallings joined Jillian Daley with three assists.
- Abbey Walker was 3-for-3 on free position shots.
- Lenoir-Rhyne out shot Barton 39-18 and forced the Bulldogs into 27 turnovers.
