Box Score Hickory, N.C. – The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Soccer Team improved to 3-1 at home after securing the top spot in the South Atlantic Conference with a 3-2 victory over the Queens Royals.

STATS OF THE MATCH:
• Sophomore
Victor Cascon added two goals to his season total tonight and senior
Cameron Saul also scored for the Bears.
• Lenoir-Rhyne outshot the Royals, 15-9 (7-4 on goal), led in corner kick chances (6-1), and committed more fouls than the Royals (13-10). The two goals by Queens came from Blake Baker and Edmundo Robinson.
• Junior Alex Langer continues to reflect his record with the team's at 5-3-1. He managed to grab one save in the process while Queens's keeper Sebastian Kalk grabbed six of his own and fell to 7-2-1.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
• Cascon added two to his team-leading goal count, which now stands at eight. Now sitting at number two on the team is Saul with four. Saul also secured his first assist of the season.
• The Bears grabbed first place in the SAC standings and handed the Royals their first conference loss of the season while improving their home record to 3-1 on the season.
• Cascon's final goal is his second game-winner this season and his fourth of his young career for Lenoir-Rhyne.
