ROCK HILL, S.C. – The South Atlantic Conference announced its AstroTurf Men's Soccer Players of the Week for matches played during the ninth week of the 2021 season and Lenoir-Rhyne defender Nicolas Bohigues was named the Offensive Player of the Week.
 
Bohigues, a graduate student from Valencia, Spain, led the Bears to a pair of wins last week, including a 2-1 win over No. 20 Chowan and a 2-0 victory against Wingate. He picked up an assist on the game-winning goal in overtime against Chowan and then scored the game-winning goal versus Wingate. For the week he had a goal and an assist for three points.

The Bears return to action on Wednesday when they host Carson-Newman.
