Rock Hill S.C.-- The South Atlantic Conference announced its AstroTurf Men's Soccer Players of the Week for matches played during the fourth week of the spring season. This week, Lenoir-Rhyne swept the awards. Victor Cascon was named Offensive Player of the Week, while Dani Fernandez was named Defensive Player of the Week.

Cascon, a senior from Salamanca, Spain scored both goals in the Bears 2-2 draw at No. 3 Wingate last Thursday. Cascon now has three goals on the season and is one goal away from moving into 5^th place all-time in team history.

Fernandez, a junior from Madrid Spain, was a vital part in the Bears defensive in the draw against No. 3 Wingate on Thursday. Fernandez added two shots and played all 110 minutes for the Bears.

Bears will return home on Thursday at 5 PM to face Catawba at Moretz Sports Complex.
