Tazewell, Tenn.-- The Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Golf team competed at the SAC championships and finished 6th.

There were 13 teams competing at Woodlake Golf course and LR finished in 6th with a total score of 945 after rounds of 306, 319, and 320. Limestone led the field with a score of 901 and took home their first SAC championship.

Beatriz Espelosin finished T-7th shooting a 71-80-79--230 (+14). Espelosin was also named to All-Tournament Second Team.

Just behind Espelosin was Megan Robb in 18th with a score of 776-81-79--236 (+20). 

Playing in her first SAC Tournament, Clara Cerfont finished tied for T-19 with rounds of 80,78, and 79 shooting a 236 for the tournament. 

LR finished sixth in the tournament with 17 birdies
