ROCK HILL, S.C. -- Eric Dickinson was named South Atlantic Conference Player of the Year and eight total Bears earned All-Conference honors as the league announced it's men's lacrosse award winners this morning. Dickinson earns the program's third SAC Player of the Year award, following in the footsteps of Mike Hanlon (2017) and Collin Lett (2018). 

Dickinson finished the season with 32 goals, 24 assists and 56 points and owns the Lenoir-Rhyne and South Atlantic Conference records for most career points, assists and goals. Off all active players in NCAA Division II, Dickinson has 67 more points than any active player and 20 more goals. 

Dickinson is joined on the All-Conference First Team by fellow attackmen Myles Moffat who has a team-high 61 points and 39 goals. Midfielder Bryce Reece earns his first all-conference honor while Connor Stanley was a 2019 Honorable Mention all-league selection. Filling out the First Team All-SAC is goalie Noah Johnson who is second in the league with a 56.7 save percentage and an 8.71 goals against average. 

Freshman defender Victor Powell and senior short-stick defensive midfielder Mitchell Linklater were selected to the Second Team while midfielder Will Canata was an Honorable Mention selection. 

The Bears now have 28 First Team All-Conference selections and 51 all-time all-SAC selections.
