Team/Individual Results
Charlotte, N.C.-- The Lenoir-Rhyne Cross Country Teams competed at the Queen City Invite hosted by Queens University on Friday afternoon. The race was held at McAlpine Creek Park in Charlotte, N.C..
The men's team finished 14th (10th out of Division II teams) on the afternoon out of the 38 teams that raced.
Jacob Parkinson was the first Bear to finish in 50th place with a time of 25:44.
Sean Incardona finished 69th with a 26:06 time.
On the Women's side, the Bears finished 4th place out of the 36 teams that competed on the afternoon.
Janet Kwambai had her third straight top five finish this season with a 5th place finish tonight with a time of 17:38.
Caroline Hilliard finished 9th with a 17:56 to gave the Bears a duo in the top 10.
Kathrin Polke gave the Bears three racers in the top 20th, with her 20th place finish.
Both teams will head to Romeoville, Illinois for the Lewis Crossover, hosted by Lewis University on October 9th.
