Joplin, Mo.-- Sabrina Fleig and Jacob Parkinson both qualified for the NCAA Championship after their performance at the SE Regional. The 2023 NCAA Championship took place from the Tom Rutledge Cross Country Crouse in Joplin, Missouri. 

Fleig was up first as the Women ran a 6K race as Fleig finished in 94th place with a time of 21:32.0. Fleig had a 5:47 pace during her 3.728 mile run including an opening 5:35 mile.

Parkinson then completed in a 10K race as Parkinson finished 116th with a 31:21.1 total time. 5:03 was Parkinson's pace during his 10K run. 

This was both Fleig's and Parkinson's first NCAA Championship with Fleig only a sophomore and Parkinson a junior both will look to qualify for next year's Championships in Sacramento, CA.
