HICKORY, N.C – For the sixth time in program history, the Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Volleyball has advanced to the NCAA Division II Tournament. The Bears earned an at-large bid as the number eight seed and will take on top-seeded Wingate in the First Round at Wingate.
The Bears are 4-5 all-time in NCAA Tournament games and will take on Wingate for the third time in the Big Dance. Each team has won once in the prior two matchups.
This is just the second tournament appearance for the Bears since 2015. Game time is TBA but tournament action kicks off on Friday, December 1.
