Lenoir-Rhyne Athletics will host its annual 828 Day celebration presented by Frye Care Orthopedics and Neurosurgery on Saturday, Aug. 26, at Moretz Stadium from 6 to 8 PM with free admission. The event will feature a performance from a local band, Carolina Clay, local food trucks, an autograph session and opportunities to play games and visit with all the Lenoir-Rhyne student-athletes. Join LR players and coaches in activities like bounce houses, putt-putt, wiffle ball, relay races and more. 
 
You will also hear from all of our fall sport coaches and we will be handing out plenty of giveaways. Lenoir-Rhyne will also be celebrating 828 Day on August 28 in the community but with that being the first day of school in the county, the 828 Day celebration will be held on Saturday.
