- Barton jumped on the Bears early, scoring nine runs in the first two innings.
- Lenoir-Rhyne game back with two runs in the second and four in the third, highlighted by a three-run home run from Michael Logan.
- The Bulldogs came back with five runs in the top of the fourth and one in the sixth to take a 15-6 lead.
- Eli Willen hit his seventh home run of the year in the sixth inning.
- Mackenzie Wainright hit an RBI single to score Nathan Kidder that same inning to cut the lead to 15-8.
- Barton continued to push, scoring six runs over the final three innings to win this one by 13.
