Wingate, N.C.- The Lenoir-Rhyne women's tennis team took down No. 11 Wingate 4-2 on Wednesday for the highest ranked win in program history. This doubled as the first Bear victory over the Bulldogs in their DII history.

Nellie Wahlberg winning at the No. 2 and 3 positions. The Bears continued thatt momentum into singles play, with
Nellie Wahlberg (3),
Mehetia Boosie (5), and
Disha Khandoji (6) winning their matches. Khandoji clinched with a tiebreaker in the second set. This is Lenoir-Rhyne's second top-25 win of the season with the first being a 4-1 win over Newberry on March 21st.
