Charlotte, N.C.-- The Lenoir-Rhyne Women's Cross Country Team had a trio of runners race at the JW Classic Friday night in Charlotte.  Alexis Taylor finished top-20 for the Bears as Lenoir-Rhyne are now preparing for the SAC Championship on November 5th.

Taylor finished 20th out of 71 racers with a time of 21.05 as the junior from Fleming Island, Florida had her best time of the year. Taylor time of 21:05 was over ninety seconds faster than her previous best time this year. 

Macy Landis finished nine spots behind Taylor with a time of 22:21. Landis completing in her second ever race as a Bear finished fifty seconds faster than in her first race on October 7th.

Rebecca Fox was the third Bear to finish on Friday. Fox had a time of 23.41 also improving her time from the Royals Challenge earlier this month.
