FINAL RESULTS

ST. AUGUSTINE, FLA -- The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Golf Team opened the spring portion of the season at the Spring Kick-Off Intercollegiate hosted by Lincoln Memorial. The Bears claimed a 19th place finish with a total score of 939. 

Dawson Walker had a strong tournament for the Bears, finishing 17th overall out of 112 golfers with a three-round score of 225. Walker shot a 76 in the first round and followed that up with a 75 in round two and a 74 in round three. In the final round, Walker had four birdies on the second, eighth, 12th and 16th holes. 

The second-best finish from an LR golfer came courtesy of Matty Rabould who finished 47th with a total score of 231. Raybould fired rounds of 79, 77 and 75 and led all LR golfers with five birdies in the final round. Raybould birdied back-to-back holes on eight and nine and then again on 11 and 12 before finishing with a birdie on the 16th. 

Tyler Hashmi, Liam Waldron and Georg Hartmann rounded out the top five for LR. 

North Georgia led the 22-team field with a total score of 884.
