VALDOSTA, GA - Matthew McDougall carded a 67 (-5) to tie him for 11th after two rounds at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional on Friday. Also improving on his round one score was Sean Finan, who shot a 73 (+1) to sit at 4-over through 36 holes. 

McDougall's 67 was tied for the second lowest round of the day. Both Cooper Tendick (West Florida) and Drew Zielinski (Lee) shot a 65 (-7) to shoot a Valdosta Country Club tournament record. McDougall recorded his round without any bogeys, just five birdies and 13 pars. Finan was also consistent, finishing with 15 pars, two bogeys, and a birdie. 

The field will tee off tomorrow at 9 a.m. in a shotgun start to beat the impending storms.
