VALDOSTA, GA - Matthew McDougall and Sean Finan have completed round one at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional. Both individuals got a third of their round done before a lengthy rain delay extended the day. 

After shooting a 2-over 38 on the front nine, McDougall carded a 1-under 36 on the back nine to finish with a 73 (+1), tying him for 42nd. Finan is tied for 67th after carding a 75 (+3) in round one. He posted stats of two birdies, 11 pars, and five bogeys. 

Both individuals will tee off tomorrow morning for their second round, and on Saturday for their third and final round. The top two individuals in the field will advance to next week's national championships.
