LENOIR CITY, TN - Men's golf took seventh at the Tennessee River Rumble this week, shooting rounds of 293-298-296 to finish with an 887 (+23).
Wingate won the team title with an 863 (-1) and saw their own Lewis Beeden win medalist honors with a 205 (-11).
Slade Aliff was the lone Bear to finish in the top-10, tying for eighth with a 218 (+2). He joined
Sean Finan as the only Bears to shoot under par for a round, shooting a 71 in round two.
Matthew McDougall, the #69 ranked player in the country, tied for 19th with a 220 (+19).Â
Lenoir-Rhyne continues to be strong on par-4s, finishing fourth in par-4 scoring with a 4.19 (+26) average. Aliff finished with 12 birdies, tied for third in the tournament.
