Tampa, Fla. - The Tampa Men's Lacrosse Team (9-3, 6-0) withstood a late rally to defeat Lenoir-Rhyne (2-9, 0-5), 11-10, and remain undefeated in?Deep South Lacrosse play Friday night at Pepin Stadium.
Greg Griffo (Babylon, N.Y.), A.J. DeSimone (Utica, N.Y.) and Ryan Becker (Tampa, Fla.) all scored twice for the Spartans, who held a 9-4 lead in the third period and held on for the win.
L-R redshirt freshman Connor Squires (Lawrenceville, Ga.) led all scorers with four goals and sophomore Tyler Kotch (Butler, Pa.) scored twice despite the loss.

Lenoir-Rhyne freshman goalkeeper Alex Squires (Lawrenceville, Ga.) suffered the setback despite making 15 saves on the night and the Bears suffered their third one-goal loss on the season.
