Team/Individual Results

Wingate, N.C.-- The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Swimming team fell at the Wingate Tri-Meet this evening. Jacob Greene, Spencer Ashby and Micah McRea all won two events despite the Bears falling to both No. 4 Wingate and Catawba in the pool.

Greene got the Bears going with his win in the 200 Free with a time of 1:45.17 and then won the 200 Back later in the evening with a time of 1:54.76.

Ashby got his first win in the 50 free with a time of 21.78 then took home the 100 Free with a time of 48.24. 

McRea, who won three events last weekend, won the 200 IM and 500 Free tonight. McRea had a time of 1:52.57 in the 200 IM and then 4:37.45 in the 500 Free. 

Both loses were close, The Bears fell to Catawba 102-95 and then to No. 4 Wingate 108-91

The Men will return to the pool next weekend in Charlotte in the Fall Frenzy hosted by Queens University.
