ROCK HILL, S.C. - Sam Clarke has been named the South Atlantic Conference Women's Tennis Coach of the Year, the first coach in program history to win the award. He led the women's tennis program to a 13-2 (10-1 SAC) record and a season-high ranking of #18 in the country, the best in program history. Their .867 winning % and 10 SAC wins are both program bests. 

On the women's side of things, Runa Muderrisoglu was named All-SAC First Team singles, while Nellie Wahlberg and Sandra Mahbouli were both named to the singles second team. Muderrisoglu is 10-4 at the #1 spot and 7-3 in SAC play. Wahlberg is 10-1 at #3 singles and has yet to lose in conference play, going 8-0 on the year. Mahbouli, a freshman, is 10-2 at #5 singles and has just one loss in conference play. 

In women's doubles the pairing of Runa Muderrisoglu and Mehetia Boosie, who went 12-2 at #2 doubles, was second team while Nellie Wahlberg and Alexa Allison were named to the third team, posting a 9-1 mark and 7-1 in SAC play at #3 doubles.

For the men, it was newcomer Vitor Ferreira who was named to the All-SAC First Team singles. Playing at the #1 spot, Ferreira went 7-3 on the year and 6-2 in conference play. Veteran Vadym Rogynskyi was named to the third team, posting a record of 4-2 at #3 singles.

Dominant all season, the duo of Vadym Rogynkyi and Vitor Ferreira were an All-SAC First team doubles pairing. Playing at #1 doubles, the pair had an undefeated 9-0 record and win all but two matches 6-3 or better. Paul Daniel Meyer and Lucas Galy were 5-3 and 5-2 in SAC play to earn a spot on the All-SAC Third Team.
