Cameron Sealey-Flachofsky is the winningest women's basketball player in Lenoir-Rhyne's NCAA Division II era, going 81-35 during her four-year career. She was a four-year starter and two-year captain, leading the Bears to the 2009 SAC Tournament Championship and two NCAA Tournament appearances, including the program's first ever NCAA Tournament victory. She is scattered all over the Lenoir-Rhyne record books, ranking fifth in career three pointers made (136), sixth in career free throw percentage (.796), and ninth in career points (1,493). A three-time All-SAC honoree, she was named to the All-Conference first team in both 2011 and 2012, the second team in 2010, and was on the All-Freshman team in 2009.
Following a few years as an assistant coach with multiple programs, Sealey was announced as the youngest coach in NCAA Division II when she took the Lenoir-Rhyne head coaching job in 2017. Her 2018-19 team qualified for the program's first SAC semi-final appearance in five years. Following her time at LR, Sealey-Flachofsky was an assistant on the 2020-21 Belmont Abbey squad that made an NCAA Division II Elite Eight appearance.Â
