Hailey Jarman is described by Shenna Hollar as "the best third base I have ever coached." During her four years as a Bear, Jarman's Lenoir-Rhyne teams went 170-54, winning three SAC Regular season and three SAC Tournament championships. Jarman and the Bears competed in the NCAA Tournament all four years of her career and made a run to the Super Regionals in 2011.

Jarman was a four time All-SAC honoree, being named ot the second team in 2011, 2012, and 2013, and the first team in 2014. A three time All-Region honoree, she was named to the All-NFCA First Team Southeast Region in 2012 and 2014. Jarman ranks in Lenoir-Rhyne's career top ten in ten different categories and is the Bears' all-time leader in assists with 495. She ranks second in triples (14), fifth in total bases (430), and seventh in slugging percentage (.621). In addition to her prowess at the plate, Jarman was a great middle-infielder, committing only 28 errors in 224 games played.
