Meredith O’Connor was a two-time South Atlantic Conference Pitcher of the Year (2007, 2008) and a Third Team NFCA All-American in 2007. O’Connor holds LenoirRhyne’s career (916) and single season (327) strikeout records and ranks in the top-fi ve all-time in: games started, complete games, innings pitched, appearances and shutouts. For her career, O’Connor owns a 63-15 record and a 1.47 ERA and led the Bears to three South Atlantic Conference Championships and three NCAA Division II Regional appearances.
Additionally, O’Connor was a two-time NFCA Division II All-South Atlantic Region performer and was named AllConference three times. In 2008, O’Connor garnered a spot on the Daktronics NCAA Division II South Atlantic Conference All-Region squad.
She currently serves as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Supervisor in Charlotte, N.C.
