Jerry Fox, a 1959 Lenoir-Rhyne graduate, was one of the best players ever for the Bears' baseball program. Fox, a four-year letterwinner (1956-59), and three-year captain, earned all-conference honors three times (1957-59) and All-State accolades twice (1957 and 1959).
