Hall of Fame
Kent George was a member of the men's golf team at Lenoir-Rhyne from 2005-09. During that time, he took home seven individual championships, and in 2005-06 he was named SAC Player of the Year. That 2006 was a monumental one for LR Men's Golf, as they took home the SAC Tournament Championship.
In 2006 George was named to the All-Region Team and was a GCAA Freshman All-American. During his four-year career, he would be named to the All-Conference First Team twice and the All-Conference Second Team twice. Following his LR career, he turned pro in 2010 and played on the E-Golf tour. George is currently involved in furniture sales, a role he has held for the past 10 years.
