Rudder was named to the All-SAC Freshman Team in 2005, and was a Second Team All-Conference honoree in 2006, 2008, and 2009. He made the All-Conference Tournament team in 2005 and the All-Regional Tournament Team in 2008. He helped lead the Bears to three SAC Regular Season Championships and back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances in 2007-08 and 2008-09. Following his Lenoir-Rhyne career, Rudder played on season for BG Leitershofen in Augsburg, Germany.
